Do you dream of contributing to meaningful change in your country? Are you interested in human rights and making a positive impact in your country?
Amnesty International Denmark is looking for six young people from Ukraine and Moldova to participate in a creative activism project running from June 2025 to June 2026.
In the project, you will collaborate with a group of young students from Denmark and learn about human rights and creative activism during peer exchanges in both Moldova and Denmark. Together, you will develop creative products which raise awareness of the increased pressure and challenges for democracy and human rights in both Moldova and Ukraine.
Are you a match?
- You are between 18 and 25 years old.
- You are engaged in your community and actively working towards making a difference. You do what you feel is right and your dreams are big.
- You are eager to learn about human rights, explore creative activism and share experiences with other young people.
- You are fluent in English and are comfortable speaking in front of groups.
- You are able to participate in three trips to Vallekilde Folk High School in Denmark, each lasting about 4 days excluding travel days (in September 2025, November 2025, May 2026).*
- You are able to join the Danish students’ study trip to Moldova (2nd to 5th of September 2025).
- You are able to attend the Danish Roskilde Festival (June 2026).
*If you can only commit to the activities in 2025, you are still encouraged to apply.
Practical details
All expenses related to your participation in the project are covered, including transportation (flights and local travel within the countries), accommodation, and meals during trips to both countries, in addition to pocket money.
